The complimentary mini facial offered through PamperBuzz is completely free. No purchase is required, no card details are needed, and there is no obligation to buy anything before, during or after your session.
The session
- The complimentary mini facial is approximately 30 minutes in duration
- The session takes place at a mutually agreed location — either at the customer's home or at the ambassador's home, confirmed at the time of booking
- No purchase is required at any stage
- The session is subject to availability and is confirmed by Michelle Waterworth following receipt of your booking
- One complimentary session per person
- The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service
Booking and cancellation
- Bookings are confirmed by Michelle Waterworth following receipt of your booking request
- Michelle will contact you directly to confirm your appointment date, time and agreed location
- We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, giving as much notice as possible
Location and conduct
- The session location — whether at your home or at the ambassador's home — is agreed and confirmed at the time of booking
- If the session takes place at your home, you are responsible for ensuring a safe, suitable and accessible environment for the visit
- If the session takes place at the ambassador's home, details of the location will be confirmed by Michelle when your appointment is arranged
- You agree to inform Michelle of any known skin conditions, allergies or sensitivities before your appointment
- Michelle Waterworth reserves the right to decline or adapt the session if it is considered unsuitable or unsafe for any reason
Products
Products used during your session are Tropic Skincare products. Michelle Waterworth is an independent Tropic Skincare Ambassador and is not an employee of Tropic Skincare Ltd. Any product recommendations made during your session are personal recommendations only and do not constitute professional medical or dermatological advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michelle Waterworth accepts no liability for any adverse reactions to products used during your session where full disclosure of known skin conditions, allergies or sensitivities was not provided prior to the appointment.
