When you submit a booking through PamperBuzz we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your home address — collected only where the session is taking place at your home, used solely to arrange your appointment
• Your preferred appointment date and time
• Your location preference — whether the session will take place at your home or at the ambassador's home

We do not take any payment through this platform. No card details are collected or stored.

How we use your data

• To confirm and arrange your complimentary mini facial appointment
• To contact you with booking confirmations, reminders and updates relating to your appointment
• To send you occasional news or updates about Tropic Skincare products and offers, where you have given your consent to receive these

We will never sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep your data

We retain your booking information for up to 12 months following your appointment. If your home address was collected, this is deleted from our records within 30 days of your appointment taking place. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.
